RETURN POLICY
Merchandise that is in “like new” condition will be accepted for return within 7 days of the purchase with the original sales receipt. All returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase from Tatum Music.
Down payments on Rental Purchase contracts are not refundable.
Items which CANNOT be accepted for return: REEDS (unless still in sealed packaging) HARMONICAS, RECORDERS, WHISTLES, PRINTED MUSIC, ELECTRONICS, and SPECIAL ORDERS of Non-Stock items which cannot be cancelled. Returns will be made with the same method of payment as the original purchase.
SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR STUDENT INSTRUMENT PAID-IN-FULL PURCHASES:
60 Day Refund Guarantee
If a student’s first band instrument is returned within 60 days of original purchase, we will refund the purchase price LESS the amount of the down payment which would have been required on that horn’s rental purchase plan. Refunds will be given to the original customer only; no refunds will be given after the 60-day trial period.
Example: Trumpet is available for $100 down on a Rental Purchase plan, or $1000 if paid in full. If a customer pays $1000 in full and returns the horn within 60 days, he/she would receive a refund of $900.
