This is your worry-free guarantee. The Rental Purchase Plan comes with a 60-day trial period for first-year beginners. If the student no longer needs the instrument, return it to us within the 60-day trial period and no monthly payments will be due. We will then cancel the contract.

ABSOLUTELY! You will receive a discounted price for the payment in full, plus you will receive the same 60-day trial period as on the Rental Purchase Plan. If the instrument is returned during the first 60 days, we will refund your payment, less the down payment amount required from the Rental Purchase Plan.

Yes! You can pay off your instrument at any time and save money on finance charges.

Check the contract document that you received. There is a due date for the first payment at the bottom. You can also set up an online account through our website to manage payments on your own.

You can return the instrument at any time during your contract. You are responsible for any payments due until the date we receive the instrument. The remainder of the contract will be canceled at that time. It is very important that you call the Longview store at 903-758-3261 if you want to arrange a pickup of the instrument. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be obtained before we can pick up instruments at our partner schools.

Please call the Longview location at 903-758-3261 if your instrument is stolen or destroyed in fire while still under contract. We will need a copy of the police / fire report to start the replacement process.
