Starting Jan 3, 2023 Tatum Music will be charging a 2.5% fee for credit or debit card transactions over the phone, due to the rising cost of “card not present” processing. This fee does not apply to in person credit or debit card transactions in our stores. Rental purchase customers wishing to avoid the fee can opt to use ACH auto-pay (form available here), mail in a check or money order, or pay on site in Longview or Tyler.
